Mini Beast Science Project
The children in fourth class derived great pleasure from working in groups on the topic of minbeasts. The children chose a creature that they were interested in and researched the same using a range of resources such as books and the internet. The children were challenged to present their project to the class and take part in a questioning and answering session afterwards. The group projects were judged on visual presentation, images and illustrations, quality of text and oral presentation skills. The jigsaw method of research meant each child researched a different aspect of their creature and taught other group members what they had learned.
Soccer Blitz 24th November
Fourth class enjoyed a fun day in The Phoenix Centre on the 24th of November. They got great enjoyment out of the 5 a side mini games competing with other local schools.
